| 摘 要： | 心理契约论是西方人力资源管理领域新兴的管理理论,它代表一种非正式的不具书面形式但真实存在的隐形契约关系.这一理论日益引起我国企业管理界的极大重视,我院艾滋病科进行适合专科特色护理人力资源管理心理契约的探索与实践,取得良好成效.现报告如下.
