胃体上部溃疡胃镜及病理检查403例分析

目的:通过分析胃体上部溃疡的发病年龄、性别、溃疡部位、大小与溃疡良、恶性之间的关系,探讨胃体上部溃疡临床意义,提高诊断率.方法:对1993年1月～2002年12月经胃镜检查并经病理检查证实的403例胃体上部溃疡病例进行了总结.结果:胃体上部溃疡恶性多于良性,胃后壁较胃体上部其他部位更多见,男性多于女性,40岁以上增加,60岁以上好发.结论:胃镜检查应重视胃体上部溃疡,尤其是中老年人,应重点检查胃体上部,尤其是胃后壁、胃小弯.

The analysis of 403 cases of upper gastric ulcer through gastrocopy and pathological diagnosis

Objective To explore the clinical meaning of upper gastric ulcer through analyzing the relationship among the age,gender,places and sizes of ulcer,and the benign and malignant ulcers so as raise the rate of diagnosis .Methods To summarize 403 cases of upper gastric ulcer which were confirmed through gastrocopy and pathological diagnosis stomach empress wall from January,1993 to December,2000.Results Most of upper gastric ulters are benign and are more frequently found in lesser curvature of stomach,stomach empress wall and male patients,especially among the middle-aged and old people. Conclusion For middle-aged and old patients,upper gastric ulter,especially the position should be focused on while using gastrocopy.
