| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血栓前体蛋白（TpP）和心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ（cTnI）在急诊胸痛患者中的检测意义。方法：急诊胸痛患者106例，其中急性心肌梗死患者36例、不稳定型心绞痛患者38例及非冠心病患者32例。利用酶联免疫分析法检测血浆中血栓前体蛋白（TpP）的含量和心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ（cTnI）。结果：急性心肌梗死（AMI）组TpP水平显著高于不稳定型心绞痛（UA）组及非冠心病组（P〈0．01）；AMI组cTnI阳性率显著高于UA组（P〈0．01）及非冠心病组（P〈0．01）。结论：血浆TpP、及cTnI可作为急诊胸痛患者鉴别诊断的敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the values of measuring cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and thrombus precursor protein(TpP) in patients with chest pain.Methods:TpP and cTnI were measured in 106 patients with chest pain (36 patients with acute mycardial infarction,38 patients with unstable angina and 32 patients with non-coronary heart disease).Results:The concentrations of TpP were significantly higher in patients with acute mycardial infarction than in patients with unstable angina and in the control group(P<0.01).The cTnI positive rate was also significantly higher in patients with acute mycardial infarction than in patients with unstable angina(P<0.01) and in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion::TpP and cTnI can be used as valuable paramteter for differential diagnosis of acute chest pain. |
