运用健康教育对新生儿黄疸的干预

目的:对住院的母婴同室156例新生儿黄疸患儿家长进行健康教育和护理干预,用以提高其对此类疾病的认识和了解,从而达到主动配合治疗的目的。方法:根据黄疸的性质,有针对性的对患儿家长进行健康教育,分析并研究运用健康教育对治疗新生儿黄疸的影响。结果:136例生理性黄疸患儿在2周内皮肤黄染得以消退,20例病理性黄疸患儿病情得以控制。结论:制定并采取相应措施,加强对新生儿黄疸患儿家长的健康教育,对疾病的治疗起到了积极的辅助作用,从而有效缩短了黄疸持续时间,避免了并发症的发生。

The use of health education intervention on neonatal jaundice

Objective In order to improving the recognition of neonatal jaundice and patents activities in the therapy for better perspective,parents of 156 infants which were born,were carried on nursing intervation and health education.Methods Considering the properties of jaundice,parents were trained health education,we study and analysis the effects of education on neonatal jaundice.Results 136 examples physiological jaundice have been faded away in two weeks,20 examples pathological jaundice have been controlled.Conclusion Adopting proper measures and strengthening the health education and training of parents,it plays an assistant and active role in the therapy,which could short the persistence time of jaundice and avoid complication occurrence.
