| 摘 要： | 目的：观察小针刀疗法治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的效果。方法：运用小针刀纵行切开狭窄的腱鞘，采用松解粘连的肌腱方法治疗。结果：治疗46例中治愈44例，有效1例，无效1例，治愈率95％。结论：小针刀疗法治疗屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎，操作简单，疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects in treatment of stenosing tenovaginitis of flexor digitorum by small needle knife therapy.Methods: Tendon sheath was vertically cut by small needle knife to release the adhesion tendon.Results: There were 44 cases cured,1 case effective,1 case invalid among the 46 cases and the cure rate was 95%.Conclusion: The therapy of small needle knife can treat stenosing tenovaginitis of flexor digitorum.The operation is simple and the curative effect is precise. |
