| 摘 要： | 目的探讨迟发性尺神经炎的超声图像特征及临床应用价值。方法应用高频超声对18例迟发性尺神经炎进行超声检查并与手术结果对照。结果高频超声不仅能清晰显示构成肘管的结构，而且能够明确判断迟发性尺神经炎的病因，18例中，超声诊断准确17例，准确率为94．4％。结论高频超声在迟发性尺神经炎的诊断及病因分析中具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the sonographic feature of tardy ulnar neuritis and to investigate the values in the clinical application. Methods 18 cases of tardy ulnar neuritis were examed by high frequency ultrasonography and compared with the results of operation. Results Not only the structure of cubital tunnel could be showed clearly, but also the cause of the tardy ulnar neuritis could be distinctly judged,17cases were accurated in 18cases that were examed by high frequency ultrasonography, accurate rate were 94. 4%. Conclusion High frequency ultrasonography has more important value in diagnosing and analysing the cause of tardy ulnar neuritis. |
