博福-益普生对血管性痴呆的干预实验

摘    要:目的:探讨血管性痴呆(VaD)发生、发展的干预措施。方法:将大鼠随机分为非服药组、服药组、假手术组和正常组,非服药组和服药组大鼠制备VaD模型,其中服药组大鼠灌胃给服博福-益普生。于造模后第24、48和96h时均检测大鼠行为和大鼠海马ACh含量。结果:非服药组大鼠海马ACh含量持续明显降低且存在明显的学习、记忆障碍;服药组大鼠海马ACh含量与正常组比较差异无显著性,且学习、记忆功能基本正常。结论:博福-益普生对VaD的发生、发展有一定预防作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the interventional measures for vascular dementia (VaD) occurrence and development. Methods:The rats were randomly divided into the un-treated group, Beaufour-lpsen-treated group, sham-operation group and control group. The VaD model in the rats was developed in the un-treating group and Beaufour-lpsen-treated group. The rats in the Beaufour-lpsen-treated group were administered with Beaufour-lpsen. On 2nd, 3rd, 5th d after operation, the behavior of all the rats was checked and the content of acetylcholine (ACh) in the hippocampuses determined. Results:The content of ACh was continuously and obviously declined in the rats' hippocampuses in the un-treated group and the rats had evident difficulty in learning and remembering. But there was no significant difference in the content of ACh in the rats' hippocampuses between the Beaufour-lpsen-treated group and the control group, and the rats in the Beaufour-lpsen-treated group had normal function in leaning and remembering. Conclusion:Beaufour-lpsen could prevent the occurrence and deveopment of VaD.
