精神分裂症家庭教育与维持治疗中依从性研究

对200例临床痊愈和显进出院的精神分裂症患者，以接受和未接受家庭教育和维持治疗分为观察组和对照组，经随访3～10年，平均随访72．48±10.82月。结果显示：观察组完全依从治疗者100％，而对照组完全依从治疗者仅20％，部分依从治疗老30．53％，不依从者49．47％，观察组的依从性显著高于对照组。说明在维持治疗中开展家庭教育及增进医生与病人、家属的紧密配合等措施是提高依从性的重要途径。

Study on the Compliance in Family Education aud Maintenance Treatment of Schizophrenics

200 schizophrenic patients who were recovered or remarkedly better had been divdided into the observation group and the control group according as whether they had received the family education and maintenance treatment. After 3~ 10 years of follow -up, it was found that in the observation group all of the patients were completely compliant with the treatment, but in the control group, only 20% of the patients were completely compliant, 30. 53%were partial compliant and 49.47% were non compliant. The compliance of the observation group was remarkedly higher than that of the control group. It suggests to develop family education and the connectin between doctors and patients and their families is significant to improve patients'compliance.
