摘    要:目的探讨近视对人眼角膜前表面非球面参数的影响。方法随机抽取在本中心接受LASIK手术的近视患者300例,采用Bausch&Lomb公司生产的Orbscan-Ⅱz角膜地形图系统采集每位患者的双眼角膜前表面非球面参数(Q值)。然后将所得结果按眼别、近视程度、近视病程分别进行分类和分组比较,以明确近视患者双眼间、不同近视程度间、不同近视病程间角膜Q值是否存在差异。结果近视患者双眼间角膜Q值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);而近视程度和近视病程对近视患者角膜Q值没有影响(P〉0.05)。结论近视患者角膜前表面非球面参数Q值存在双眼间的差异,但在不同近视程度和近视病程的患者间具有相对稳定性。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of myopia on human anterior corneal surface asphericity index (Q value). Methods Three hundred myopes were randomised chosen from LASIK candidates in our center, and the datum of bilateral anterior corneal surface asphericity index ( Q value) were detected by using Orbscan-Ⅱz corneal topography system made by Bausch & Lomb corp. Then all cases were analyzed by dividing into two groups according to fight and left eyes ,or into three groups according to different degrees and courses of myopia respectively,in order to explicit the characteristic in myopes. Results Q value between the right and left myopic eyes showed significant differences (P=0.000). But differences among different degrees or courses of myopia had not observed (P〉0.05). Conclusion Q value in myopes were different between bilateral eyes. And it was relatively constant in different refractions and courses of myopia.
