茎突综合征的临床研究

本文总结我院对茎突综合征近10年的临床研究,发现其发生率占耳鼻咽喉科门诊病员的0.3%;正常成人茎突X线测量平均长度为右侧30.33mm、左侧31.88mm;在117例咽异感症中,本病的检出率为50.4%;在504侧咽部扪诊中阳性率达87.1%;随访半年以上的经口内和颈外途径茎突切短术后的有效率分别为68.75%及80%,且效果较稳定;非手术的综合疗法较单一疗法效果好(P<0.05).文中对扪诊手法、诊断标准、手术技巧及保守疗法等,进行了一些探索和讨论.

CLINICAL RESEARCHES ON STYLOID SYNDROME

Clinical researches on styloid syndrome (SS) in the last ten years are reported. The results reveal that this syndrome constitutes 0.3% of all cases in ENT out-patient dpartment, The average length of styloid process in normal adults is 30.33mm in the right and 31.88mm in the left in radiotomy. SS constitutes 50.40% of 117 cases with globus hystericus. The positive rate of palpating styloid process in pharynx is 87.1% in 504 cases with SS. The effective rates of operative cases through oral and cervical approaches in follow-up study over half a year are 68.75% and 80% respectively. The effects of the combined treatment are better than those of the simple treatment in non-operative cases. The palpating manipulation in pharynx, the diagnostic standard, one operative techniques and the conservative treatments of SS are discussed.
