国人前房角小梁网超微结构观察

对一例意外急死的成年健康男性小梁网及施氏管进行了电镜观察。扫描电镜下可见角膜缘内表面小梁粗细不等并以分支连接成网,有的小梁为薄板状,其上可有孔洞。透射电镜观察,施氏管内侧壁为内皮,内皮细胞胞质内有巨大饮液泡及许多小饮液泡。小梁网的外侧部为内皮网区,由多突起细胞连接成网,网孔中有少量胶原原纤维,其内侧部为小梁区,由小梁及小梁间隙组成,小梁由内皮、基板、基质层、致密中轴组成。有的小梁内皮细胞有纤毛。本文对房水排出途径及小梁区、内皮网区电镜构造及相关功能进行了初步讨论。

AN OBSERVATION OF TRABECULAR MESHWORK WITH ELECTRON MICROSCOPE ON CHINESE MEN

The electron microscopic examination of the schlemm's canaland trabecular meshwork in a healthy chinese man who is dead suddenly ofaccident. Inside of corneal limbus has many thick and thin trabeculae withbranches on scanning electron microscope, these branches link each other formmeshwork, some trabeculae are sheet shapes with pores. Inside wall of thecanal of Schlemm is simple squamous epithelium under transmission electronmicroscope, there are large pinocytotic vacuoles and many smal1 pinocytoticvesicles within epithelial cytoplasm. The trabecular meshwork are dividedinto two regions: outsde is endothelial meshwork region, which is made upof many process cells. These process link into meshwork. There are smallcollagenous fibers in the mesh. Inside is trabecular region, which is madeof trabeculae and trabecular space. The trabecula formed by endothelium,besement membrane, matrix layer and a dense core in the center. Some oftrabecular endothelial cells have cilia. The way of aqueous humor excreting,the ultrastructure of trabecular region and endothelial meshwork region arediscussed with their functions.
