逐瘀安脑颗粒对大鼠脑水肿及铁离子的影响

摘    要:目的探讨逐瘀安脑颗粒对大鼠脑水肿及铁离子的影响。方法90只大鼠随机分为假手术组、逐瘀安脑颗粒组和尼莫地平组,其中假手术组10只不进行造模,逐瘀安脑颗粒组和尼莫地平组各40只进行脑出血造模,脑出血造模后,给予相应药物灌胃,分别在造模后6h、1d、3d和7d观察每组大鼠给药前后的神经功能缺损评分及其脑组织的含水量、铁离子含量的变化,并与假手组对照。结果逐瘀安脑颗粒组术后6h、1d、3d和7d神经功能缺损评分与同时间假手术组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);逐瘀安脑颗粒组术后6h、1d、3d和7d血肿周围脑组织含水量与同时间尼莫地平组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。术后3d和7d逐瘀安脑颗粒组与同时间尼莫地平组脑组织铁离子含量比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论逐瘀安脑颗粒对大鼠脑出血后脑水肿有良好的治疗作用。

Study of effect of Zhuyu Annao Granule on brain edema and the iron ions in rat

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Zhuyu Annao Granule on brain edema and the iron ions in rat. Methods 90 rats were randomly divided into three groups, 10 rats in control group, which were treated by nothing; 40 eases in Zhuyu Annao Granule group, intracerebral hemorrhage model established, which were treated by Zhuyu Annao Granule; 40 cases in Nimodipine group, which were treated by Nimodipine. The changes of brain water content, the iron ions and the neurobehavioral impairment were measured at 6 h, 1 d, 3 d,7 d after ICH. Results Zhuyu Aanao Granule significantly improved the neurological dysfunction of ICH rats, and brain edema and iron contents was also attenuated at different time point ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). Theme. was no obvious change of iron contents in brain tissue 1 d after ICH ( P 〉 0.05). Zhuyu Amino Granule significantly decrease iron contents in brain tissue 3 d and 7 d after ICH ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Zhuyu Annao Granule could affect brain edema formation after ICH at different time point, so Desferal may be a potential agent for ICH therapy.
