摘    要:目的探索适合我国护理本科生的素质教育之路.方法对95~98级85名本科护生在<基础护理学>教学中应用自学-辅导式教学模式,并对该模式效果、存在问题和对策进行问卷调查.结果该模式对学生素质培养具有重要作用,但在学生知识、经验储备,课堂效果,学生参与和适用范围方面应予注意.结论护理教师应注重护生内在主动性和创造性的发挥,尽快完善科学、系统的课程体系,以最大程度发挥模式作用.

Abstract:Objective:To explore ways of improving the quality of undergraduate nursing education .Methods: Student self-taught and teacher giving guidance teaching model were applied to 85 undergraduate nursing students who entered university from 1995 to 1998. Questionnaires were handed out to study the effects, problems and relevant strategies of the model. Results: The model played very important role in the training of higher quality nursing students. More attention is needed on students' knowledge and experience,the effects of classes, students' participation and the model's application scope. Conclusions: Nursing teachers should encourage the initiative and creativity of the students in addition to the development of a scientific and systematic curriculum design.
