摘    要:以一种新的培养基用于斜光照射法快速鉴别李氏菌,它优于加入抑制剂的分离培养基,具有快速、准确的特点。通过对几种选择性增菌液的比较,发现CRT的增菌效果最好.它与新的分离平板结合使用,分离灵敏度比原方法提高5~10倍。同时简化了内脏匀浆分离李氏菌的方法。并用此法和改进后的CRT方法对人工感染的动物进行了分离,结果证实这两种方法切实可行.对北京地区几个单位的动物也进行了分离,结果为阴性。

Abstract:A new medium combined with the use of oblique illamination technique was developed to rapidly identify the colonies of listeria. Results were compared with those reported by foreign authors using media containing antibacterial agents,which showed methods developed in this paper had some advantages in term of rapidness and correctness for identifying listeria.Several selective-enrichment media were comparted and investigated. Results showed that CRT was the best one. Using CRT with new differentiation medium, Sen-etivity of isolating listeria increased 5-10 fold. Method of liver homogenate to isolate listeria from animals was simpified and showed very practical when used with CRT to isolate listeria from artificial infected animals.Methods of CRT and liver homogenate were used to isolate listeria from labora tory animals from some institutes in Beijing. Results were negative.
