| 摘 要： | 目的动态观察新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤患儿血清中IGF-1水平的变化，探讨血清IGF-1在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤时病情的早期诊断、程度判断的意义。方法选择66例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿作为观察对象，并根据病情轻重分为轻度、中度、重度，以16例健康新生儿作为对照组。检测新生儿出生第1，3，7天血清中IGF-1的水平变化。结果HIE患儿血清IGF-1在出生第1，3，7天均显著下降，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），24h内迭低峰，以后逐渐上升；3种程度HIBD在其检测时间点上IGF-1较对照组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；重度至第7天时尚不能达到正常水平。结论IGF-1变化对判断有无HIBD及其严重程度有重要意义，可作为判断临床病情轻重程度的指标之一。
