摘    要:唾液酸黏附素(Siglec-1或CD169)是表达于组织的巨噬细胞上免疫球蛋白超家族类黏附分子。在炎症反应中,Siglec-1可调节MIP-1α/β、MCP-1、MIP-2等细胞因子的分泌,促进炎症反应的发生;在病毒感染过程中,Siglec-1可通过介导病原体与巨噬细胞的的结合,促进病毒感染和吞噬;在对免疫的调节过程中,Siglec-1既可也以抑制IFN-α的过量表达,抑制固有免疫,也可抑制DC细胞活性,降低适应性免疫。本文主要阐述了Siglec-1在病原体感染、炎症反应和免疫调节中最新研究进展。
