止咳颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定

目的建立止咳颗粒的质量控制方法。方法采用HPLC方法,对止咳颗粒中黄芩苷的含量进行测定,色谱柱为ODS柱(Kromasil250mm×4.6mm,5μm),DAD检测器;流动相为甲醇0.2mol.L-1-磷酸缓冲盐溶液(47∶53∶0.2),流速为为1mL.min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为280nm。结果用HPLC方法对各种皂苷的测定结果显示,稳定性试验RSD为1.38%,精密度试验RSD为1.16%,重复性试验RSD为1.56%。结论 HPLC法对止咳颗粒中黄芩苷的测定,具有稳定性好,精密度高,重复性好的优点,可以较好地用于止咳颗粒的质量控制。

Content Determination of Baicalin in Zhike Granule

Objective To establish a set of method to control the quality of zhike granule.Methods HPLC was adopted to determine the content of baicalin in zhike granule,with ODS chromatogram column（Kromasil 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,DAD detector,mobile phase of methanol 0.2% mol·L-1-phosphoric acid solution（47∶53∶0.2）,at flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,column temperature 30 ℃,and the wavelength of 280 nm.Results The determination of various saponins with HPLC indicated that RSD in stability test,precision test and repetition test was 1.38%,1.16% and 1.56% separately.ConclusionIt is shown that HPLC is advantageous at the stability,precision and repetition of the determination of baicalin content in zhike granule and this method is good for the quality control of zhike granule.
