| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨早期糖尿病肾病(DN)同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与尿微量白蛋白(UAER)、叶酸、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、中医证型及其他因素的关系。方法:检测63例早期糖尿病肾病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸、叶酸、空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、尿微量白蛋白及血脂,并记录患者的中医辨证证型。结果:63例早期糖尿病肾病患者中17例辨证为阴虚热盛、24例辨证为气阴两虚、22例辨证为阴阳两虚。血浆Hcy水平与中医证型具有相关性(P0.05)。组间两两比较显示,阴阳两虚和阴虚热盛之间具有显著性差异(P0.05),气阴两虚和阴阳两虚之间及气阴两虚和阴虚热盛之间没有显著性差异(P0.05)。同型半胱氨酸的水平与微量蛋白尿具有线性回归关系,为正相关(P0.05),与其他因素无明显相关性。结论:血浆Hcy水平与中医证型具有相关性,同型半胱氨酸水平与微量白蛋白尿为正相关。
