抗肝纤维化中药制剂的研究概况

目的：综述抗肝纤维化中药制剂的研究．说明进行其新剂型研究的意义。方法：针对中药治疗肝纤维化及中药制剂的特点，分析并阐述抗肝纤维化中药的常规制剂、缓控释制剂和靶向给药系统。结果：抗肝纤维化中药剂型各具特点，目前大多为常规制剂，新剂型的研究较少。结论：治疗肝纤维化的中药新剂型和新制剂具有很大的研究应用价值。

Dosage forms of Chinese materia medica with anti-hepatic fibrosis action

Objective: To summarize the dosage forms of Chinese materia medica with anti hepatic fibrosis action and to clarify the importance of studying the novel preparations of anti hepatic fibrosis agents. Methods: The routine preparation, sustained/controlled release and targeting drug delivery system are analyzed and clarified according to the formulation or anti hepatic fibrosis characteristics of Chinese materia medica. Results: Chinese materia medica used for anti hepatic fibrosis action has different properties depending on their dosage forms. And the majority at present are conventional preparations, such as tablets, granules and the liquid extract preparation. Few new dosage forms have been involved in this area. Conclusion: Much effort of investigation is needed to develope more effective and novel drug delivery system for treating hepatic fibrosis.
