| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜术前两种清洁脐孔的方法对病人局部不良反应的发生有无差别.方法将施行腹腔镜手术的40例病人随机分为2组,实验组用润肤油与肥皂水清洁脐孔;对照组用松节油清洁脐孔,分另在2h、4h、6h后观察局部不良反应的发生情况.结果实验组与对照组比较,局部不良反应的发生存在显著性差异(p＜0.01).结论术前用润肤油与肥皂水清洁脐孔对病人局部不良反应小,病人易于接受.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the difference of local side effect on the umbilical region by using two different cleaning methods before abdominoscope operation. Method:40 patients who were to have abdominoscope operation were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group was applied with moisturizing oil and soap water to clean the umbilical region, while the control group with turpentine oil. Observed the local side effect in the following 2h,4h and 6h. Result:There was significant difference(p<0.01)of local side effects in comparison of experimental group with control group. Conclusion:The application of moisturizing oil and soap for cleaning the umbilical region before abdominoscope operation would cause less side effects, and it is easy for patients to accept. |
