| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中药"醒脑汤"直肠滴注和单纯西药治疗中毒迟发性脑病的临床疗效。[方法]采用中药制剂"醒脑汤"直肠滴注给药,并配合西药静滴治疗一氧化碳(CO)中毒迟发性脑病急性期患者35例(治疗组),与常规西药治疗的35例(对照组)患者进行比较。[结果]治疗组总有效率比对照组组提高、平均住院天数比对照组组缩短(P<0.05),两组治疗前后智力残疾评分(AAMD)和简易智能量表(MMSE)评分差异均有显著性(P<0.01),治疗组AAMD、MMSE评分改善幅度较对照组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。[结论]中药"醒脑汤"直肠滴注操作简便,制剂可据证加减,抢救患者迅速、方便、显效,为发挥中药抢救CO中毒迟发性脑病患者提供了一种新方法、新剂型。 |
