摘    要:目的为筛选出优质高效的杀蚤剂,在现场实验的基础上,观察奋斗呐对印鼠客蚤的实验室毒效。方法药膜法。结果(1)当药物浓度在12.50mg/L以上时,KT50在7min以内:12.50、25.00、50.00、100.00mg/L的KT50分别为6.19、6.14、5.06和4.64min;(2)当药物浓度为100.00mg/L时,24h死亡率为100%;(3)100.00mg/L浓度药膜在室温和普通湿度下存放120d后,仍可使100%的试蚤死亡。结论奋斗呐5%可湿性粉剂毒力强,气味小,对人畜较为安全,残效时间长,可在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中使用。

Abstract:Objective To Studies the efficacy of 5% FENDONA against Xenopsylla cheopis.Methods In laboratory test residual smearing method was used.Results(1)When the concentrations of FENDONA were(12.50),(25.00),(50.00) and(100.00 mg/L),the KT_(50) values were(6.19),(6.14),(5.06),(4.64 min) respectively;(2)Insects were killed at the concentrations of(100.00 mg/L);(3)when the insecticide was applied at or more than(50.00 mg/L) using residual smearing,at room temperature and natural humidity,its efficacy could last for more than 120 days.Conclusion The FENDONA can be used in flea control in plague epidemic area.
