| 摘 要： | 目的为筛选出优质高效的杀蚤剂，在现场实验的基础上，观察奋斗呐对印鼠客蚤的实验室毒效。方法药膜法。结果（1）当药物浓度在12．50mg/L以上时，KT50在7min以内：12．50、25．00、50．00、100．00mg／L的KT50分别为6．19、6．14、5．06和4．64min；（2）当药物浓度为100．00mg／L时，24h死亡率为100％；（3）100．00mg／L浓度药膜在室温和普通湿度下存放120d后，仍可使100％的试蚤死亡。结论奋斗呐5％可湿性粉剂毒力强，气味小，对人畜较为安全，残效时间长，可在控制家鼠鼠疫灭蚤中使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To Studies the efficacy of 5% FENDONA against Xenopsylla cheopis.Methods In laboratory test residual smearing method was used.Results(1)When the concentrations of FENDONA were(12.50),(25.00),(50.00) and(100.00 mg/L),the KT_(50) values were(6.19),(6.14),(5.06),(4.64 min) respectively;(2)Insects were killed at the concentrations of(100.00 mg/L);(3)when the insecticide was applied at or more than(50.00 mg/L) using residual smearing,at room temperature and natural humidity,its efficacy could last for more than 120 days.Conclusion The FENDONA can be used in flea control in plague epidemic area. |
