| 摘 要： | 闭合性肾挫裂伤常因直接暴力(撞击、跌打、挤压、肋肌骨折等)咸间接暴力(对冲伤、突然暴力扭转等)所致,其治疗与损伤程度有接相关,多数肾挫裂伤多用保守治疗,仅少数需手术治疗.我院2004年7月-2007年6月,共收治外伤性闭合性肾挫裂伤54例,其中非手术治疗38例,中转手术1例,死亡1例,现将护理报告如下.
