| 摘 要： | 目的:观察灯台叶的止咳平喘作用并明确灯台叶止咳平喘的有效部位。方法:采用枸橼酸喷雾法构建豚鼠咳嗽模型观察灯台叶不同有效部位的止咳作用,采用小鼠气管酚红排泄模型观察不同有效部位的祛痰作用;采用二甲苯小鼠耳廓肿胀模型观察不同有效部位抗炎作用。结果:生物碱具有较强的镇咳作用,黄酮具有较强的平喘和抗急性炎症作用,而混合成分的同时具有较强的镇咳作用、平喘和抗急性炎症的作用,同时还具有较好的祛痰作用;小鼠急性毒性实验表明灯台叶的毒性作用较小。结论:灯台叶具有较强的止咳平喘作用,不同有效部位均参与了其止咳平喘的药理效应。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the cough-and-asthma-relieving effect of Deng Tai Ye and define its effective part.Methods: A citric acid spraying method was used to establish guinea pig model for the observation of the effective part of the cough-asthma-relieving effect of alstonia.A mice trache-phenol red excretory model was used to observe different effective part of phlegm-eliminating effect.A mice auricular intumesce model induced by xylene was used to observe the effective part of anti-inflammatory effect.Results: In the different composition,alkaloid had a strong cough-relieving effect,and flavorne had a strong asthma-relieving and anti-inflammatory effect while their mixture also had the same strong effect.Acute toxicity test showed alstonia-leaf was safe under pharmacologoical dose.Conclusion: Alstonia-leaf has strong effects on the treatment of cough and asthma and different compositions of alstonia-leaf have different pharmacological effects |
