Duchenne型肌营养不良症的CT诊断研究

目的　研究Duchenne型肌营养不良症的CT特点。方法　Duchenne型肌营养不良症患者 30例 ,按照年龄分为 3组 ,1～ 6岁组 8例 ,7～ 12岁组 18例 ,≥ 13岁组 4例。对照组选择 3～ 6 0岁无肌肉疾病者 16 5例。依次对臀肌、大腿、小腿及背肌进行CT检查。结果　患者 3岁时 ,臀肌开始萎缩 ,随着年龄的增长 ,臀肌、大腿、小腿及背肌呈现进行性加重。皮下脂肪增厚 ,各年龄组差异有显著意义。结论Duchenne型肌营养不良症肌肉萎缩的特点主要表现为脂肪替代改变 ;CT可为诊断、病情随访提供客观资料

Diagnosis of Duchenne muscular dystrophy by CT

Objective To investigate the characteristics of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) by CT.Methods 30 patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy were divided into three groups according to their age:age 1～6 years (8 cases),age 7～12 years (8 cases),age ≥13 years(4 cases).165 patients (age range 3～60 years) without muscular disease were chosen as control group. The gluteus, thigh and leg muscles and muscles of back in the patients of three groups were observed in turn by CT.Results The gluteus atrophy was seen in 3 year old patient, and the pathological process in gluteus, thigh and leg muscles and muscles of back was progressively aggravated with the patients' age, at the same time progressive subcutaneous fat thickening happened. There were significant differences in the pathological changes among groups (P<0.01).Conclusion The characteristics of muscular atrophy in DMD are that the involved muscles are mainly replaced by fat. The detection by CT can provide objective data for diagnosis and follow-up of Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
