强脉冲光治疗雀斑的临床观察

目的 观察强脉冲光治疗雀斑的效果.方法 采用英国Greenwall公司生产的紫色兰朵光子治疗仪,波长500～650 nm,脉宽20～30 ms,能量密度16～20 J/cm2,治疗雀斑80例,每隔3周治疗1次,共治疗3次,完成3次治疗后每月随访1次,6个月后判断疗效.显效:皮损清除75%～100%;有效:皮损清除50%～75%;好转:皮损清除25%～50%;无效:皮损清除＜25%.前两者之和为总有效率.结果 80例患者,显效:64例(80.00%);有效:10例(12.50%);好转:4例(5.00%);无效:2例(2.50%).总有效率92.50%.结论 强脉冲光治疗雀斑安全、有效、复发率低.

Treatment of freckles with intense pulsed light:a clinical observation

Objective To study the effectiveness of intense pulsed light in the treatment of freckles (edphelides).Methods Purple Lando light therapy machine,produced by Greenwell Company of the United Kingdom,was used in the study,with wavelengths of 500～650 am,pulse-band 20～30 ms,and energy density 16～20 J/cm2.In this study,80 patients were included;treatments were scheduled at three week intervals totally three treatments per patient.Patients were followed up once a month after treatment.The effectiveness of therapy was studied six months after treatment.Freckle removal of 75%～100%was regarded as significant effect;effectiveness was that freckle removal was between 50%～75%;improvement was that freckle removal was between 25%～50%,and freckle removal less than 25%was called ineffective.Total effectiveness included significant effect and effective groups.Results Of the 80 patients studied,significant effect was 64 patients (80%),effective in 10 patients(12.5%),improvement in 4 patients(5%),and ineffective in 2 patients(2.5%).The total effectiveness equaled to 92.5%.Conclusions Intense pulsed light therapy is a safe and effective method in freckle treatment with low recurrence.The method should be further studied and widely used in the future.
