社区糖尿病患者血糖控制与相关治疗的关系

目的了解社区糖尿病患者血糖控制与相关治疗的情况，为社区卫生服务中心诊治糖尿病提供更加客观、有效的策略。方法对入选的319例2型糖尿病病人根据糖化血红蛋白结果分为血糖控制理想、一般、不良三组，使用自行设计的调查问卷对三组病人的具体诊疗行为和糖化血红蛋白值进行比较。结果在诊疗行为中发现，定期检测糖化血红蛋白、患者的规律运动和按医嘱用药三项对血糖控制有统计学意义；而检测血糖频率和门诊随访频率对血糖控制无统计学意义。结论糖尿病患者的定期检测糖化血红蛋白、规律运动、按医嘱用药可使血糖控制在一个较为王单摁的范围。

Relationship between blood sugar controlling and related treatment for the diabetic patients in community

Objective To find out the current situation related to the controlled blood sugar and treatment for the diabetic patients in the community, to work out a more objective and efficient tactics for the community health care center to diagnose and treat diabetic patients. Method 319 patients with type II diabetic were selected and divided into three groups, ：-Ideal group, average group and undesirable group according to their glycosylated hemuglobin control effect. The self designed questionnaire was used to compare the diagnosis and treatment behavior, as well as the glycosylated hemoglobin value of the patients. Results Three of the diagnosis and treatment behavior were found to be the key factors to increase the cure rate. They are regular checking on hemoglobin value, regular physical exercises and taking medicine under the doctor＇s advice. However, no statistically signifi cance was found from the frequency of glycosylated hemoglobin check and follow-up clinic rates. Conclusion Blood-glucose could be controlled in an ideal range if the patients could regularly have their glycosylated hemoglobin value tested, take regular physical exercises, and take medicine according to doctor＇s advise.
