复方盐酸曲马多人体药动学研究

摘    要:目的:研究复方盐酸曲马多的人体药动学。方法:10名健康志愿者口服复方盐酸曲马多1片(每片含盐酸曲马多37.5mg,对乙酰氨基酚325mg),用高效液相色谱-荧光法测定血浆中曲马多的浓度,计算药动学参数。结果:口服复方盐酸曲马多片1片后AUC0~24为(1361.61±441.79)ng·h·mL-1,AUC0~∞为(1555.04±582.51)ng.·h·mL-1,Cmax为(134.81±33.96)ng·mL-1,tmax为(1.9±0.57)h,t1/2为(7.63±2.02)h。结论:本方法可用于复方盐酸曲马多人体药动学研究。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetics of compound tramadol hydrochloride in human body.METHDOS:10 healthy volunteers were assigned to receive 1 tablet of compound tramadol hydrochloride (37.5mg tramadol hydrochloride and 325mg paracetamol),with serum concentration of tramadol determined by HPLC-fluorescence detection method.The pharmacokinetics were computed as well.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetics of compound tramadol hydrochloride determined after orally administration of 1 tablet of compound tramadol hydrochloride were as follows:AUC0~24=(1 361.61±441.79)ng·h·mL-1,AUC0~∞=(1 555.04±582.51)ng·h·mL-1,Cmax=(134.81±33.96)ng·mL-1,tmax=(1.9±0.57)h,and t1/2=(7.63±2.02)h.CONCLUSION:This above-mentioned method can be used to study the pharmacokinetics of compound tramadol hydrochloride in human body.
