| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨Ⅲa型布-加综合征新的手术方式。方法：1994年5月-2001年1月采用腔静脉-腔静脉人工血管转流术对46例Ⅲa型布-加综合征患者进行手术治疗，并对其疗效进行评定。结果：围手术期死亡2例。病死率4.3%。39例患者术后随访6-72个月，随访率84.8%。效果优者33例（84.6%)；良好者4例（10.3%)；2例效果欠佳(5.1%)。结论；本术式与腔静脉-右心房转流术相比具有人工血管短，创伤小，疗效确切的优点，并可避免心包炎的发生，是治疗Ⅲa型布-加综合征有效的方式。

| Abstract: | Aim: To evaluate the result of inferior cavocaval shunt in the treatment of Budd Chiari syndrome(B CS) caused by short segmental obstruction in inferior cava vena. Methods:A total of 46 cases of B CS were treated by the procedure of inferior cavocaval shunt with artificial vascular graft from May 1994 to January 2001. Results:Two patients died postoperatively with the mortality rate of 4.3%, and 39 cases were followed up for 6 to 72 months. The results of 33 cases were excellent (84.6%), 4 were good (10%), and 2 were noneffective(5.1%). Conclusion: The procedure of inferior cavocaval shunt is more effective, safer and easier than that of cavoatrial shunt. Postoperative pericarditis could be avoided. It is a good procedure for segmental occlusion in inferior cava vena. |
