| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨持续被动活动(CPM)功能锻炼在膝关节内骨折术后康复治疗中的效果.方法 172例膝关节内骨折患者随机分为CPM治疗组和对照组,CPM治疗组112例术后采用CPM机治疗.结果 CPM治疗组和对照组治疗前后比较,膝关节功能评分和膝关节主动活动度的差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01);治疗组与对照组比较,以上两项指标的差异也均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论 早期合理使用CPM进行膝关节功能锻炼是保证膝关节内骨折内固定术后患者获得良好手术效果的有效措施.
