21例高血压病24小时静态血压心率监测分析

２１例未治高血压病用自动袖带血压和心率监测系统监测２４小时静态血压、心率结果示：夜间（２０：００～５：００）血压自２３：００开始缓慢下降，１：３０至２：３０最低；３：００开始骤然升高至接近昼间水平。心率随血压稍有起伏。昼间（６：００～２１：００）血压表现为午前（６：００～１１：００）、午后（１２：００～２１：００）几乎相等的均衡型，占４７．６％；午前血压显著高于午后血压（＞１．３ｋｐａ）的午前型，占３８．１％及与比相反的午后型，占１４．３％。心率变化较大，与血压变化不全平行。昼间血压显著高于夜间血压，分别为２１．６ｌ１３．３±１．８／１．５ｋｐａ和２０．１／１２．５±０．５／０．４ｋＰａ（Ｐ＜０．０１），心率亦然，分别为７４±９次／ｍｉｎ和６６±２次／ｍｉｎ（Ｐ＜０．０１）。昼夜收缩压、舒张压和心率变化率分别为７．５％、６．４％和１２％。

hours blood pressure and heart rate monitorings for 21 cases with primaryhypertesion were carried out in our hospital. The results read follows:Night's blood pres-sure(from 22:00 to 5:00)levels fall from 23:00 slowly and to at lowest during 1:30 to 2:30and approximate to day's blood pressure levels at 3:00 suddenly.There are three types ofday's blood pressure.The first is balance type in which morning's(6:00～11 :00) and after-noon'(12:00～21:00) blood pressure levels are near the equal(47.6%).The second ismorning type with higher morning's blood pressure levels than afternoon's (38.1%).Thethird is afternoon type with lower morning's blood pressure levels than afternoon's. Theday's mean blood pressure level is higher than night'8(21.6/13. 3±1.8/1.5 kPa,20.1/12.5±0.5/0.4 kPa, P<0.01),and so is heart rate(74±9 beats/min,66±2 beats/min,P<0.01).The change rates of systolic,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between dayand night are 7.5%,6.4%and 12%respectively.
