正交试验优选枸杞多糖的超声波降解工艺

摘    要:目的:优选枸杞多糖的超声波降解工艺.方法:以相对分子质量<3万的小分子多糖(LBP-s)得率为指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过L9(34)正交试验考察超声频率、超声时间、反应温度对超声波降解工艺的影响.结果:最佳超声波降解工艺为超声频率40 kHz,反应温度40℃,超声时间1.5h,LBP-s得率达80.04%.结论:该降解工艺稳定可行,应用前景良好.
