苦参药材中氧化苦参碱和苦参总黄酮含量比较

摘    要:目的:测定不同产地、来源苦参药材中氧化苦参碱和苦参总黄酮的含量.方法:采用高效液相法检测苦参中氧化苦参碱的含量,采用紫外分光光度法检测苦参中苦参总黄酮的含量.结果:比较了10批不同产地、来源苦参药材中氧化苦参碱和苦参总黄酮的含量,其中河南产苦参(批号110613)氧化苦参碱含量最高,达19.53 mg·g-1,广西产苦参(批号110930)中苦参总黄酮含量明显高于其他产地的苦参,为14.44 mg·g-1.结论:不同产地、来源苦参药材中有效成分的含量差异较大,在临床用药时应引起重视,在含苦参的复方制剂生产中应建立药材检测的可控标准.

Abstract:Objective: To study the content of oxymatrine and general flavone in Sophora flavescens from different habitats. Method: HPLC and UVspectrophotometry method were applied to detected the content of oxymatrine and general flavone in S. flavescens. Result: S. flavescens from different habitats were detected. Oxymatrin content in S. flavescens from Henan Province (Batch No:110613) was the highest, up to 19.53 mg·g-1, and general flavone content in S. flavescens from Guangxi Province (Batch No:110930) was 14.44 mg·g-1, significantly higher than the others. Conclusion: Oxymatrine and general flavone content differ widely in S. flavescens from different habitats, and it is necessary to establish quality control standard for compound preparations of S. flavescens.
