杏香兔耳风对宫颈炎大鼠宫颈黏膜PGE2及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达的影响

目的探讨中药杏香兔耳风治疗宫颈炎的作用机制.方法采用苯酚胶浆建立大鼠宫颈炎动物模型,分别于给药4d、10d后观察杏香兔耳风治疗组对大鼠宫颈黏膜PGE2表达及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,并进行病理组织学检查.结果病理组织学检查显示杏香兔耳风对大鼠宫颈炎有较好的治疗作用;给药早期(4d),杏香兔耳风治疗组即可明显降低宫颈黏膜PGE2表达(P＜0.05);各组早期(4d)外周血T细胞亚群无显著性差异;而在后期(10d), 模型组出现CD4淋巴细胞数减少,CD8淋巴细胞数增加,CD4/CD8比值下降等免疫紊乱,杏香兔耳风治疗组能改善这种的紊乱(P＜0.05).结论杏香兔耳风调节T细胞亚群紊乱及早期降低宫颈黏膜PGE2的表达水平是其治疗宫颈炎的可能作用途径.

Effect of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ on PGE2 levels in cervix mucosae and subgroups of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of rats with cervicitis

Objective: To study the mechanism of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ in treating cervicitis.Methods: Latex rubber of oxybenzene was adopted to establish the rats' model of cervicitis by endovaginal injection.After 4 and 10 days,the effect of Ainsliaea fragrans Champ on PGE2 expression in cervix mucosae and the subgroups of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of rats was observed,and the histopathologic examination was done.Results: omparing with the model group,Ainsliaea fragrans Champ can significantly decrease the PGE2 levels in rats' cervix mucosae after 4 days(P<0.05).By analyzing the subgroups of T lymphocyte in peripheral blood of rats,there was no significant difference after 4 days;after 10 days,the levels of CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 in the model group have significant disorder,while Ainsliaea fragrans Champ can improve these abnormal conditions(P<0.05).On the other hand,through histopathologic examination we found Ainsliaea fragrans Champ had a better treatment effect on rats with cervicitis.Conclusion: Ainsliaea fragrans Champ's therapeutic effect has a relation with its decreasing PGE2 express in earlier period and regulating the subgroups of T lymphocyte in rats' cervix mucosae.
