脾虚型哮喘儿童Th细胞和T细胞亚群的状态研究

摘    要:目的探讨脾虚型(缓解期)哮喘儿童外周血Th细胞和T细胞亚群的状态及意义。方法设正常对照组(n=38),脾虚型(缓解期)哮喘组(n=17),采用荧光单细胞内染色法检测外周血Th1、Th2细胞活性,采用单克隆抗体间接免疫荧光法检测T细胞亚群,统计检测结果并进行统计分析。结果脾虚型缓解期哮喘组与对照组比较,Th1与对照组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05),Th2明显升高,Th1/Th2明显降低(P〈0.01);CD3^+无显著性差异(P〉0.05),CD4^+、CD4^+/CD;均明显降低(P均〈0.01),CD8^+明显升高(P〈0.01);结论脾虚型缓解期哮喘儿童存在Th1/Th2细胞偏移和T细胞亚群的紊乱,偏移的原因主要为Th2细胞活性明显升高所致。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the state and significance of Th cell and T cell subgroups in peripheral blood in children with asthma of spleen deficiency type( recovery stage). Methods Normal control group ( n = 38 ) and asthma group of spleen deficiency type ( recovery stage) ( n = 17 ) were designed. Fluo-rescence mononuclearcytes coloring was used to detect the activity of Thl and Th2 cells in peripheral blood. Monoclonal antibody indirect immunofluorescence was applied to detect T cell subgroup. The statistical analysis was conducted for the detected results. Results Compared with control group, in asthma group of spleen deficiency type( recovery stage ) , there was no significant difference in Thl (P 〉 0.05 ) , but Th2 increased apparently and Th1/Th2 decreased apparently ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; there was no significant difference in CD3^+ ( P 〉 0.05 ), but CD4^+ and CD^4+4/CD s decreased apparently ( P 〈 0.01 ), and CD s increased apparently ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The children with asthma of spleen deficiency type ( recovery stage) have the excursion of Th1/Th2 and the disturbance of T cell subgroup. The excursion is mainly induced by the apparent increase of Th2 cell activity.
