浆细胞性乳腺炎的X线诊断及临床特征分析

目的分析浆细胞性乳腺炎的X线表现与临床特征，并分析其误诊原因。方法回顾性分析了14例经手术病理证实的浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的X线表现与临床特征，并重点地讨论误诊原因。结果浆细胞性乳腺炎较常见的X线表现为腺体密度不均匀性增高，其间夹杂有条状或蜂窝状、囊状透亮影。本组14例中X线正确诊断8例，诊断正确率为57．1％，其中，4例被误诊为乳腺癌，2例被误诊为乳腺增生，误诊率为42．9％。结论浆细胞性乳腺炎的X线表现缺乏特异性，结合l临床特征及触诊检查，方能提高诊断的准确性。

Radiographic findings and clinical characteristics of plasma cell mastitis

Objective To analyze the radiographic findings and clinical characteristics of plasma cell mastitis(PCM)and to discuss its misdiagnostic causes.Methods The radiographic findings and clinical characteristics of 14 patients with surgically and pathologically proved PCM were analyzed retrospectively,simultaneously,its misdiagnostic causes were discussed together with review of the literature.Results The common radiographic findings of PCM were nonhomogeneous raising of the gland-body density and the space between gland-bodies filled with stripe-form,honeycombed and cystiform lucent shadows.Among 14 cases with PCM,8 cases were correctly diagnosed by molybdenum target radiography and the diagnostic accuracy was 57.1%;4 cases were misdiagnosed as mammary cancer and other 2 cases were misdiagnosed as mammary hyperplasia,thus the misdiagnostic rate was 42.9%.Conclusion PCM lacks specific radiographic findings so that only in combination with clinical characteristics or palpation can we elevate the diagnostic accuracy.
