高效液相色谱法测定吐泻肚痛胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量

目的建立测定吐泻肚痛胶囊的厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Zorbxa SB-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-甲醇-水（20∶60∶20）为流动相,检测波长为294 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果厚朴酚质量浓度在12.28～122.8μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 2）,平均回收率为97.88%,RSD=0.98%（n=9）;和厚朴酚质量浓度在11.09～110.9μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 3）,平均回收率为97.76%,RSD=0.94%（n=9）。结论 HPLC法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简便,适合吐泻肚痛胶囊的质量控制。

Content Determination of Magnolol and Honokiol in Tuxie Dutong Capsule by HPLC

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Tuxie Dutong Capsule.Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on the Zorbxa SB-C18 column（250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm）,with acetonitrile-methanol-water（20 ∶ 60 ∶ 20） as the mobile phase,the detective wavelength was at 294 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the columu temperature was 25 ℃.Results Magnolol at the concentrations of 12.28-122.8 μg/mL showed the good linearity（r = 0.999 2）,the average recovery rate was 97.88%,RSD = 0.98%（n = 9）;honokiol at the concentrations of 11.09-110.9 μg /mL showed the good linearity（r = 0.999 3）,the average recovery rate was 97.76%,RSD = 0.94%（n = 9）.Conclusion HPLC is specificity,sensitive,reliable and simple,which can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
