| 摘 要： | 目的检测MAGE-A3抗原在肺癌组织中的表达情况以及HLA-I类基因在肺癌患者中的分布水平，以预测能够应用以MAGE-A3抗原蛋白为基础的肿瘤疫苗进行肿瘤免疫治疗的肺癌患者的比例。方法用SDS-PAGE和Western blot方法检测63例肺癌及其癌旁组织MAGE-A3抗原的表达情况。结果63例肺癌患者中有31例为MAGE-A3抗原表达阳性，其中5例癌旁组织MAGE-A3抗原也为阳性。结论肺癌患者中大约有49％的个体为MAGE-A3肿瘤特异性抗原阳性表达，且MAGE-A3抗原阳性可能是肿瘤发生过程中的早期事件。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to predict the ratio of lung cancer patients who ca n be treated with immunotherapy based on MAGE-A3 antigen, the expression of MAG E-A3 antigen and the distribution of HLA-class I gene were investigated in lung c ancer tissues. Methods SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis were used to detect th e expression of MAGE-A3 antigen in 63 lung cancer patients (include tumor tissu es and their adjacent tissues). Result Of 63 lung cancer patients,31 tumor tissu es(49.21%) had MAGE-A3 antigen expression, and 5 tumor adjacent tissues also ha d MAGE-A3 antigen expression. Conclusion There are about 49% lung cancer patient s whose tumor tissue expresses MAGE-A3 antigen, furthermore MAGE-A3 antigen e xpression may be an early accident during the formation of tumor |
