糖尿病性白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术(附72例临床分析)

目的探讨糖尿病性白内障超声乳化并人工晶体植入术的可行性、安全性及疗效。方法对72例(78眼)糖尿病性白内障行晶状体超声乳化并人工晶状体植入术,以同期进行的88例(96眼)一般老年性白内障手术作为对照,观察疗效。结果术后两组视力明显提高,术后1 d、1、3个月的视力两组间差异无显著意义;两组术后1、3个月视力与术后1 d视力相比均有非常显著差异;两组术后3个月视力与1个月视力相比较无显著差异。术后1、3个月两组间角膜散光度差异均无显著意义,两组术后1个月角膜散光度与术前比较差异有显著意义,两组术后3个月角膜散光度与术前比较差异均无显著意义。角膜内皮细胞密度两组术后3个月与术前比较差异均有非常显著意义;术后3个月两组间无显著差异。结论糖尿病性白内障超声乳化并人工晶状体植入术,是一种理想的、安全的手术方法。

Clinical Analysis of Phacoemulsification and Intraocular Lens Implantation on Diabetic Cataract Surgery

Objective To discuss the reliability and treating results of Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on Diabetic Cataract surgery.Methods Phacoemulification and intraocular lens implantation on 160 patients(164 eyes),including Diabetic Cataract(72 patients,78 eyes) and age-related cataract(88 patients,96 eyes),treating results were compared.Results The visual acuity of two groups improved,but two groups had no difference at 1 day,1 month and 3 months after surgery;The visual acuity of two groups were statistically significant between 1 month,3 months and 1 day after surgery;The visual acuity of two groups were no statistically significant between 1 month and 3 months after surgery;The Visual acuity of 1 month and 3 months after surgery were no statistically significant between two groups;The astigmatism of 1 month and 3 months after surgery were no statistically significant between two groups,the astigmatism of two groups were statistically significant between 1 month after surgery and preoperative,the astigmatism of two groups were no statistically significant between 3 month after surgery and preoperative.The comeal endothelium density of two groups were statistically significant between 3 months after surgery and preperative,the corneal endothelium denity of 3 months after surgery were no significant between two groups.Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation on Diabetic Cataract surgery is a ideal and safe operation method.
