保留全瓣下结构的二尖瓣置换术围手术期疗效分析

目的探讨MVRP与MVRC在二尖瓣单瓣置换患者围手术期疗效方面的优劣。方法 1999年12月至2009年12月在新乡医学院附属第一医院行二尖瓣单瓣置换术的544名患者病例资料,按术式不同分为MVRP与MVRC两组病例,MVRC428例,MVRP116例。对比分析两组患者术前基本情况、术中具体情况、术后并发症情况及早期病死率。结果两组患者术前、术中情况无明显差别,MVRP组患者术后并发症发生率及早期病死率明显低于MVRC组。结论与MVRC相比,MVRP能更好地改善心功能,降低术后病死率和发病率。

Perioperative Therapeutic Effect of Mitral Valve Replacement with Preservation of whole Subvalvular Apparatus

Objective MVRP and MVRC of the mitral valve replacement is feasible in terms of perioperative efficacy of the pros and cons.Methods Between December 1999 and December 2009,544 single mitral valve replacement were operated on at the first affiliated hospital of Xinxiang Medical University.Among these patients,428 patients underwent MVRC,the others MVRP.Then Clinical data of two group were studied.Result No significant difference in preoperatively,intraoperative conditions,MVRP patients the incidence of postoperative complications and early mortality was significantly lower than the MVRC group.Conclusion MVRP is better technique in the improvement of cardiac function,decrease postoperative mortality and morbidity compared with MVRC.
