| 摘 要： | 根据Ｒｏｓｅｎｂｅｒｇ法复制脑出血大鼠模型，采用细胞形态学、ＤＮＡ裂解率、流式细胞仪方法，观察脑出血损后，大鼠海马ＣＡ１区神经元的形态结构，ＤＮＡ完整性，神经细胞发生凋亡的数量；结果，实施造模手术的大鼠清醒后，均出现偏竣等神经系统病态体征。造模７天时，脑安颗粒剂组（以下简称ＮＹＡ组）ＣＡ１区锥体细胞形态基本正常，模型组ＣＡ１区仍可见到多量的凋亡锥体细胞，差异具有显著性意义（Ｐ〈０．０１）；ＤＮＡ裂 |

| Abstract: | Cerebral hemorrhagic rat models were made according to Rosenberg method and the morphosis of neuron in CA 1 region,DNA integrity and the number of withered nerve cells were observed.The results showed that every rat appeared hemiplegic;7 days later,the morphosis of vertebral cell in region CA 1 was almost normal in Naoyi'an group and mostly withered in model one with signifcant differency(P<0.01);DNA cleavage rate in Naoyi'an group was 10%-14% lower than that of model group;the withering of nerve cell in Naoyi'an group was lower than that of model group with signifcant differency(P<0.05).It suggested that Naoyi'an granule could restrain the breaking of DNA and the withering of nerve cell. |
