喘可治穴位注射联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹临床观察

目的观察喘可治注射液穴位注射联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将144例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为3组,联合治疗组48例,喘可治注射液2mL注射双侧足三里穴位,1次/d,西替利嗪10mg口服,1次/d;西替利嗪组48例,西替利嗪10mg口服,1次/d;喘可治注射液穴位注射组48例,单纯喘可治双侧足三里穴位注射,1次/ d。三组疗程均为4周。根据患者瘙痒程度、风团数量及大小等进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗4周后,联合治疗组、喘可治注射液穴位注射组、西替利嗪组总有效率分别是89.58%、72.92%、56.25%,联合治疗组疗效优于喘可治穴位注射组(X~2=13.50,P<0.005)和西替利嗪组(X~2=4.38,P<0.05);而喘可治注射液穴位注射组和西替利嗪组相比,未见统计学差异(X~2=2.91,P>0.05)。且三组比较差异有显著性意义(X~2=13.51,P<0.005)。结论喘可治注射液穴位注射联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹有效率高,复发率低,临床疗效优于单用喘可治注射液穴位注射或西替利嗪。

Clinical Observation on Chronic Urticaria Treated with Combination of Chuankezhi Injection and Cetirizine Hydrochloride Tablets

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of chronic urticaria,which treated with combination of points in- jected into with Chuankezhi Injection and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets.Methods 144 patients were divided into three groups at random.The combination group (48 cases) was injected into both of Zusanli points with Chuankezhi Injection,1 d for 1 dose (2ml) and took cetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally 1 piece(10mg),with a course for four weeks.The cetifizine hydrochloride group (32 cases) singly took cetifizine hydrochloride tablets orally 1 piece(10mg).The group injected with Chuankezhi Injection (48 cases) was singly injected into both of Zusanli points with Chuankezhi Injection,1 d for 1 dose(2ml).Results The total effective rate of the combination group,the cetifizine hydrochloride group and the group injected with Chuankezhi Injection were 89.58%、72.92%、56.25% respectively.There was significant differenee of effective rate between the combination group and the Cetifizine Hydrochloride group(χ~2=4.38,P<0.05),and there was significant differenee of effective rate between the combination group and the group injected with Chuankezhi Injection too(χ~2=13.50,P<0.005).But there was no differenee of effective rate between the cetifizine hydrochloride group and the group injected with Chuankezhi Injection(χ~2=2.91,P>0.05).Conclusion The com- bination of points injected into with Chuankezhi Injection and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets,which has got Clinical satisfaction, might have better eurative effect and low relapse rate than that the single usage.
