临床护士对癌性疼痛相关知识认知状况的调查

目的了解临床护理人员对癌性疼痛护理相关知识的认知状况，探讨如何更好的发挥护理人员在疼痛处理中的作用。方法采用自制问卷调查法，抽样调查北京某三级甲等医院104名护理人员：对癌性疼痛护理相关知识的认知状况，做出综合评分。结果总体临床护理人员对癌性疼痛护理的相关知识的认知率不高；不同科室及职称背景的护理人员对癌性疼痛的护理的理解程度方面有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论癌痛治疗原则和新进展等相关知识在护理人员中普及率不高；不同的科室、背景是影响护理质量的重要因素之一，提高癌性疼痛护理的认知水平根本在于加强癌痛治疗及相关知识的宣传和普及。

Investigation of clinical nurses on the knowledge related to cancer pains

Objective To learn recognition of the knowledge related to cancer pains in clinical nurses and explore method to bring them into full play of positive role in dealing with cancer pains.Methods 104 nurses of a Grade A Class 3 hospital in Beijing were investigated of knowledge on cancer pain with self-designed questionnaire.Results Recognition rate of knowledge related to cancer pains of clinical nurses was rather low in general. The result showed significant difference in different departments and titles of nurse(P<0.01).Conclusions Knowledge related to the curing principles and new improvements are not so popular among nurses; different backgrounds and departments are most important factors affecting the quality of nursing. The fundamental point of raising the rate of recognition of cancer pains is to strengthen the propaganda and pervasion of knowledge of cancer pains.
