卡培他滨联合复方中药治疗晚期复发性结直肠癌

目的观察卡培他滨联合复方中药治疗晚期复发性结直肠癌的疗效及不良反应。方法对56例晚期复发性结直肠癌患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例口服卡培他滨化疗,每日2次,餐后服用,1250mg/m2,连服14天,21天为1个周期,并同时复方中药辅助治疗,至少治疗2个周期;对照组24例单纯给予最佳支持治疗。结果本研究治疗组32例患者中完全缓解1例,部分缓解16例,病情稳定9例,疾病进展6例,总有效率为53.1%(17/32);与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);不良反应有皮肤色素沉着、手足综合征、恶心呕吐、腹泻、厌食、疲乏等。结论卡培他滨联合复方中药治疗晚期复发性结直肠癌的疗效肯定,不良反应轻,患者耐受良好。

CAPECITABINE COMBINED WITH COMPOUND CHINESE MEDICINE TREATING ADVANCED AND RECURRENT COLORECTAL CANCER

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reaction in the treatment of advanced recurrent colorectal cancer with capecitabine and compound Chinese medicine. Methods 56 patients suffered from advanced and recurrent colorectal cancer were divided into treatment group and control group. 32 cases in treatment group received capecitabine chemotherapy and compound Chinese medicine as adjuvant therapy. Capecitabine were given at a dose of 1250 mg/m^2 twice daily, on days 1 - 14 every 21 days. 24 cases in control group received best supportive care. We evaluate the efficacy and adverse reaction of the treatment after at least 2 cycles. Results Among the 32 patients with advanced and recurrent colorectal cancer in treatment group, 1 case achieved complete remission, 16 cases achieved partial remission, 9 cases were stable disease and 6 eases were progressive disease. The overall response rate was 53.1% （17/32）. There were significant statistical differences betwcen two groups （p 〈 0. 05 ）. The adverse reactions were hyperpigmentation, hand- foot syndrome, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, anorexia, lethargy, etc. Condttsion The treatment including capecitabine and compound Chinese medicine is safe and effective for advanced and recurrent colorectal cancer. Its adverse reaction was minor and the patients were better - tolerated.
