变应性鼻炎发病规律与辨证分型研究

目的：探讨变应性鼻炎发病规律及临床辨证分型特点。方法：收集确诊为变应性鼻炎患者为研究病例，进行发病规律的探讨和辨证分型的调查。结果：①160例患者中，其女性发病高于男性，并且病情急性程度趋向低龄化，好发季节为春季、冬季，不太运动易导致本病的发生，冷空气、花粉等过敏原的接触与本病的发生密切相关。②本调查辨证分型以肺脾气虚证、脾虚肝郁证为主，分别占病例数的25．6％、23．1％，且与阳虚质、气虚质、特禀质关系密切。结论：变应性鼻炎发病与低龄、春冬季、运动少、过敏因素、体质偏颇等有着密切的联系，其辨证分型以肺脾气虚证为主，与阳虚质、气虚质、特禀质关系密切。

Research on Allergic Rhinitis Occurrence Regularity and Clinical Epidemiological Investigation of Syndrome Differentiation Typing

Objective：To explore allergic rhinitis occurrence regularity and characteristics of clinical syndrome differentiation typ- ing. Methods：Patients with allergic rhinitis were researched,and occurrence regularity was explored,and syndrome differentiation lyping was investigated, l{esuhs：l, lmong 160 patients, women＇s occurrence rate was higher than that of men;The acute illness degree tends to early age;the illness often occurs in spring and winter;Lack of sport is likely to be attacked by allergic rhinitis; The contact with allergen such as cold air and pollen has a close relationship with the illness. 2. The investigation syndrome differ- entiation typing gave priority to lung - spleen qi deficiency syndrome,liver - depression syndrome due to spleen deficiency, whose percentage was 25.6% and 23.1% respectively. It had a close relationship with yang - deficiency constitution,qi - deficiency constitution and special constitution. Conclusion：Allergic rhinitis has close relationships with young age,spring and winter,lack of sport exercises,allergic c.onstitution,and special constitution. Its syndrome differentiation typing gave priority to lung- spleen qi deficiency syndrome,which has a close relationship with yang - deficiency constitution, qi - deficiency constitution and special constitution.
