康惠尔透明贴在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管致局部过敏性皮炎中的疗效观察

目的观察比较康惠尔透明贴在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）致局部过敏性皮炎中的疗效和护理。方法将2011年6月-2013年3月PICC穿刺致局部过敏性皮炎的60例患者，按门诊单双日就诊时间分为试验组和对照组各30例，试验组采用局部地塞米松磷酸钠注射液外涂加康惠尔透明贴的换药方法予以治疗，对照组则采用地塞米松磷酸钠注射液外涂加3M透明敷料换药法。观察比较两种换药方法的疗效。结果对照组治愈12例（40．0％），显效3例（10．0％），好转7例（23．3％），无效8例（26．7％）；试验组治愈22例（73．3％），显效5例（16．7％），好转2例（6．7％），无效1例（3．3％）；试验组治疗效果优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（Z=3．082，P=-0．002）。结论采用地塞米松磷酸钠注射液外涂加康惠尔透明贴换药对改善PICC置管患者穿刺处局部过敏性皮炎疗效显著，可有效减轻患者置管痛苦及治疗成本，延长PICC导管留置时间，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Comfeel Transparent Paste in Treating Peripheral Inserted Central Cathether-associated Allergic Dermatitis

Objective To investigate the efficacy and nursing strategy of Comfeel transparent paste in treating peripheral inserted central catheter （PICC）-associated allergic dermatitis. Methods Sixty patients with PICC puncture- associated local allergic dermatitis treated between June 2011 and March 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate and Comfeel transparent paste, while the control group was treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate and 3M transparent dressing. The curative effect was compared between the two methods. Results Twelve patients were cured with a curing rate of 40.0% in the control group and 22 patients were cured, and the curing rate was 73.3% in the experimental group. The difference between them was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Treatment with dexamethasone sodium phosphate and Comfeel transparent paste for PICC-associated allergic dermatitis is quite effective, and the patients felt comfortable with low pains. In addition, it reduces the extuhation rate of PICC and improves the care quality.
