| 摘 要： | 基于历代中医学家对痰邪的论述和现代医学对“痰”的机制认识，从分析脏腑功能失调而生痰入手，阐述疾邪对银屑病发病的影响，认为痰邪参与了银屑病的发病和病机变化，并起着重要作用。进一步提出银屑病“从痰论治”的观点，并具体探讨不同脏腑的辨证论治，尤其强调化痰软坚在斑块型银屑病治疗中的重要作用，可作为银屑病中医辨证治疗的新思路和途径。

| Abstract: | This paper elaborates on the role of phlegm evil in the pathogenesis of psoriasis based on the discusion on phlegm evil by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） experts in all dynasties and the understanding of the mechanism of ＂phlegm＂ in modem medicine and by analyzing the generation of phlegm due to dysfunction of internal organs. Phlegm evil is considered to play an important role in the development and progression of psoriasis. This paper further proposes the concept of ＂treatment of psoriasis based on phlegm evil＂ and explores the treatment based on syndrome differentiation for different internal organs. It is particularly stressed that resolving phlegm and softening hard mass plays an important role in the treatment of plaque psoriasis,which provides a new idea and approach for the syndrome differentiation - based TCM treatment of psoriasis. |
