心理干预对老年慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效的影响

目的研究心理干预对老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者临床疗效的影响。方法将2011年5月-2012年6月进行治疗的50例老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者按随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组（每组25例），对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上采取针对性的心理干预措施。治疗4周后，观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后症状自评量表（SCL-90）总症状指数变化。结果治疗组总有效率为80％，对照组为48％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组SCL-90总症状指数明显下降。结论适当心理干预有利于老年慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的康复，提高其生活质量。

Effects of Mental Intervention on Elderly Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective To explore the effects of mental intervention on elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods Fifty elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated from May 2011 to June 2012 were divided into two groups randomly. The control group （n=25） received conventional therapy, and individual mental intervention was applied only to patients in the treatment group （n=25）. Difference of clinical effects between the two groups was observed. Change of SCL-90 symptoms index before and after the treatment in each group was analyzed too. Results The treatment group showed better effects than the control group （total efficiency： 80%, 48%; P 〈 0.05）, and SCL-90 symptoms index in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment. Conclusion Reasonable mental intervention helps to rehabilitate elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and improve their life quality.
