输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤的围手术期护理体会

目的探讨输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗尿道损伤的围手术期护理要点。方法通过对2008年1月-2012年12月58例尿道损伤患者经输尿管镜下尿道会师术治疗、护理临床资料的回顾性分析，总结其治疗尿道损伤的围手术期护理要点。结果58例患者输尿管镜下行尿道会师术置管成功，留置导尿管4～8周后拔出，拔出尿管后行尿道扩张2年。随访5～28个月，患者排尿通畅，尿线粗，无尿等待，无残余尿和尿失禁。结论围手术期给予患者专业、细致的专科护理，能有效预防尿路感染的发生，降低尿道狭窄的发生率，提高患者的生活质量。

The Nursing Experience of Preoperative Treatment for Urethral Injury with Ureteroscopic Urethral Realignment

Objective To explore the nursing experience of preoperative treatment for urethral injury with ureteroscopic urethral realignment. Methods The key points of the nursing experience of preoperative treatment for 58 cases of urethral injury with ureteroscopic urethral realignment were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were treated between January 2008 and December 2012. Results Urethra catheterization of the 58 patients receiving the ureteroscopic urethral realignment was all successful. The catheter was extracted 4-8 weeks after the treatment, and then the urethra was dilated for two years. All patients had normal urination without any surgery complications during the 5-28-month clinical follow-up. Conclusions Urinary tract infections can be prevented effectively under professional and meticulous preoperative treatment. The incidence of urethral stricture can be reduced greatly. The quality of the patients＇ life can be imoroved a lot.
