地锦草合方足浴辅助推拿辨治小儿秋季腹泻的临床研究

目的：观察地锦草合方足浴辅助推拿辨治小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。，方法：将128小儿腹泻患者随机分成对照组和观察组，每组各64例对照组予以常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用地锦草合方足浴辅助推拿辨治。结果：对照组有效率为82．81％，观察组有效率为95．31％，两组有效率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；对照组轮状病毒转阴率为62．5％，观察组转阴率为84．37％．两组轮状病毒转阴率比较。差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组止泄时间为（3．04±1．23）d，大便次数为（O．47±0．73）次，住院时间为（5．26±0．64）d，症状缓解时间为（2．93±0．63）d，；对照组止泄时间为（5．384-1．46）d，大便次数为（1．35±0．78）次，住院时间为（8．05±0．42）d，症状缓解时间为（4．62±0．74）d，两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：地锦草合方足浴辅助推拿治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著

Clinical Research of Infantile Autumn Diarrhea Treated by Foot Bath with Di Jin Cao He Fang and Massage Together

Objeetive：Ta explore the clinical curative effects of infantile autumu diarrhea treated by hot bath with Di Jin Cao He Fang and massage together. Methods ：128 infantile patients with diarrhea were randomly divided into tile control group and the ob- servation group,with 64 in each group. The patients in the cont,＇ol H＇oup were given routine treatment, while those in the observa- tion group were added foot bath with Di Jin Cao He Fang and massage on the basis of the treatment of tile control group. Resuhs： The effective rates in the control group and observation group were 82.81% anti 95.31% respectively. Tile difirence between tile two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈0.05） ;The rotavirus turn rates in tile cuntrol group and observation group were 62.5% and 84.37% respectively. The difference between the two gruups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; In the observation group, stopping discharge time was （ 3.04 ± 1.23 ） d, stool frequency was （ 0.47 ± 0.73 ） , lengthen of hospital stay was （ 5.26 ± 0. 64 ） d, and time of releasing symptoms was （2.93 ± 0.63 ）. While in the control group, stopping discharge time was（ 5.38 - 1.46 ）d, stool frequency was （ 1. 35 ±0. 78 ） , lengthen of hospital stay was（ 8.05 ± 0.42 ） d, and time of releasing symptoms was （ 4.62 ＋ 0.74 ） d. The difrence between the two groups had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The curative effect of Di Jin Cao He Fang which helps massage treat autumn infantile diam＇hea was excellent.
